How Do I Place An Order?

It's easy if there is something that you see that you like simply add it to the basket and let the website guide you through the purchase process.

Payment and Shipping

Currently when you go through the purchase process you can pay by Paypal. It's easy and secure and I don't retain any personal payment information for this.

Shipping is usually a Flat Rate, I offer Royal Mail First Class Parcel Post, Second Class Parcel Post, First Class Signed for and Second Class Signed for please indicate which option you would prefer when purchasing your item.

If you have any queries about postage or wish to change it once the purchase process has gone through already. Please email me at ronniebydesign@yahoo.com and I can refund any overpayment through Paypal.

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

I use Paypal for payment options currently it's easy and secure and as many people use it for other internet web ordering it's quite straightforward to use as long as you have an email address you can set up a Paypal account it's really easy.

Returns & Refunds

If your purchased item is faulty when it arrives please email me as soon as possible and I will try to rectify it as soon as possible and you can return the item to me. I will offer a 28 day money back if you are unhappy with your purchase. If you would like a replacement item please let me know within that time scale.

All items are handmade and are little unique bespoke made pieces. So you will have something special if you ask for it to be personalised.
